What each package includes
Cosy is free and made for small moments: up to 20 guests share 50 photos together during a 4-hour event. The album then stays online for 7 days. Downloads carry a Snap-e watermark and are lower quality. The live photo wall, video and reactions are not included.
Fancy is the package we recommend for a wedding or a big party: up to 1,500 guests, 2,500 photos and 72 hours active, followed by a 30-day online archive. You get the live photo wall on up to 3 screens, guests can also share videos and react to photos, and you can restrict access. You download the full album as a ZIP in full quality, without a Snap-e watermark.
In both packages, guests scan a QR code and join in their phone’s browser, without an app. Inappropriate photos are filtered automatically before they appear publicly, and you moderate yourself from your dashboard.
One payment per event, no subscription
A package belongs to one event. Nothing keeps running after your party and there is nothing to cancel. When you organise a new event later, you pick the package that fits it again.
The online gallery is temporary: a 7-day archive with Cosy, 30 days with Fancy. Some other services keep albums for longer. With Snap-e, you download the album yourself before the archive expires, so you keep your own copy.

Pricing FAQ
Is Snap-e free?
Yes, you can start free with the Cosy package: up to 20 guests, 50 photos, 4 hours active and a 7-day online archive, with a Snap-e watermark on downloads. For the live photo wall, video, reactions and downloads without a watermark, choose the paid Fancy package.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per event. There is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel. For your next event, you choose a package again.
What happens after the archive period?
After the archive period, 7 days with Cosy and 30 days with Fancy, the online gallery goes offline and the event’s photos and videos are deleted. Download the album before that date to keep your own copy.
Can I switch from Cosy to Fancy later?
Yes. You can create an event for free with Cosy and later choose Fancy for that same event from the packages page in your dashboard. The package becomes active as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Are prices including VAT, and how do I pay?
Prices include VAT. You pay securely via Mollie, including Bancontact, credit card, iDEAL, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You pay once per event.
How does a quote for a corporate event work?
For corporate events with your own branding, sponsor slides or more participants, we prepare a custom price. You describe your event on the business page and receive a proposal. The agreed features are activated only after that proposal is paid.
