Full quality with Fancy
With the Fancy package you download the photos in full quality and without a Snap-e watermark, in one ZIP file.
With the free Cosy package you can download the album too, but with a Snap-e watermark and in lower quality. If you want to print the photos or use them in a photo book, choose Fancy.
The online gallery is temporary
After the event the gallery stays online for a while: 7 days with Cosy, 30 days with Fancy. Then the archive expires and the photos are no longer available online.
Some other services keep galleries much longer. At Snap-e the gallery is temporary by design, so download the album in time and keep your own copy.
Videos in your album
With Fancy, guests can share videos as well. They are included in the album you download.
Videos don’t get a watermark and aren’t converted to a lower quality.
Tips
- Set a reminder in your calendar a few days before your event’s archive expires.
- Keep the ZIP in two places, for example on your computer and in your own cloud.
- Download the album once most guests have shared their photos, but don’t wait until the last day.
